Upholstery part:

A.    Sponge:use the medium or high density sponge,put 5 layer sponges on the seat.make the seat cushion very soft and comfortable.Client also can require fireproof sponge if has need.

B.    Spring&bandage:Take the advantage of crossing the spring and bandage,our seat cushion become elastic and stable.

C.    Frame:Wooden frame is use zigzag dowel for assembling to make it firm,also add four triangle blocks to make the frame to be more stable.

D.    Pillow:Use hidden zigzag to be more beautiful,good sewing to present the straight line.Average sponge can make the pillow plump and soft.

E.     Fabric:Usually use PU,leather and linen which chosen by clients,use for sofa,chair,table top or edge and drawer facia,as long as our clients have demands,we can custom-made the fabric part.

Component part:

A.       Marble:purchasing the beautiful lines and smooth surface,can do the beveling edging for decoration,have different thickness,client can custom the size.

B.       Glass:Tempered glass use for coffee table,have different thickness,also can make the beveling edging to prevent people from scratching.Client can choose the glass type and color.

C.       Hardware:stainless steel and iron with baked paint.We can offer 201# or 304# plating stainless steel for star hotel decoration part.For the base,we suggest use iron with baked paint as it is cheap and heavy,so it would be very durable.For the handle,we will purchase good quality and similar shape to our client for reference.We cooperate with good metal hardware supplier,like Hafele,DTC,Hettich,Blum and so on.If clients have favor and specified brand,we are pleased to contact the hardware suppliers and use into the furniture.
