Purchase the natural original wood from market and select wood very carefully and choose those suitable for hotel furniture using.Provide and suggest which wood is better for different hotel according to our clients local climate.The moisture content of wood will be controlled below 14%,so it’s not easy to expand and crack.Four wood usually use for furniture:Chinese birch,Malaysia oak,beech,walnut.Our craftsmen also can crave the solid wood as clients design for the custom made furniture.

Veneer with painting
Choose the beautiful and straight wood grain for production,and use veneer without burl,scar and black spot. For our hotel furniture,we use nitryl paint,it has many features:good-looking decoration,easy dry,suitable for normal environment,have nice hardness and brightness,easy to touch-up.we have some kinds of painting methods:open paint,close paint,and middle open paint.Open paint can make the wood grain more clear,very classical and solemn;Close paint can protect the wood grain and make everyone very impressed,modern and simple.Less but not less,the middle open painting is combine with close painting and open painting,serious but elegant.For technology,our client usually ask for a grooving as design,we also can make it alright.
