1.Prepare the materials
Our purchasing department will buy the good quality materials from the market on the basis of clients’ request and choose carefully if it is superb materials.Preparing all the materials,we start to cut the parts of products.Our factory own a batch of wood cutting machine and drilling machine,that’s a big improvement of our efficiency.Every parts are requested to be straight and correct dimension for assembling.
2.Painting and check the color difference
Before the painting,we will use the sanding machine to sand the wood surface to make the painting more smooth and fine.And the send to the bottom painting workshop for first layer painting and then make it dry for several days,and the send to the top painting to make second layer painting,and also airing them for some days.
3.QC inspection
We have a QC inspection team,they work for every process,in charge of control the quality in the production line.Before the packing,our QC will be very carefully check the finished products,and feedback to the relevant manager who responsible for the process.They will check very serious until all the products are qualified.
4.Packing into carton with shipping mark
We purchase carton and will confirm with the shipping mark with our clients very before the finished products have came out.If clients have require on the shipping mark,we also can custom.
We use many protective materials to pack the products,like sponge sheet,sponge corner and so on.After stick many times with scotch tape,our worker will double check if it is firm.For the fragile products,like marble and glass,we will use wood batten to protect them.The packed products will send to our warehouse and wait for loading.
