The Consumer Product Safety Board today announced a recall of about 150,000 office chairs as bolts on the back of the seat loosen and fall off, posing a risk of falling and injury to the user.

The back multi-function mesh chair and multi-function mesh chair with headrest are made of comfortable office furniture and imported by Renault marketing.
The chairs were sold only on the Office Depot website and stores across the country from May 2006 to August 2009.
Raynor received reports of 33 seats.
The back fell off and 14 people were injured, with bruises and bruises.
Users should immediately stop using the recalled product.
This recall involves Quantum Realspace Pro 9000 series Mid-
Rear multi-function mesh chair SKU #510830 with headrest SKU #9000 and quantum Realspace Pro 690690 series mesh chair.
This recall does not involve the Realspace Pro Mesh guest chair.
